Refund policy
When a payment for an Ant0 plan is refunded, how, and in what currency.
Draft. This document has not yet been reviewed by counsel and the legal entity is still to be named. It shows the rules Ant0 intends to apply; the binding version will be announced before paid plans open.
Free first
Every account starts on the Free plan with 5 profiles and every feature. Use it for as long as you like before paying; that is the trial.
14 days if unused
A payment for a plan is refunded in full when you ask within 14 days of the payment and the plan has not been used: no profile beyond the Free limit was created or started during the paid period, and no extra seat was signed in. This applies to first payments and to upgrades.
A plan that has been used is not refunded for the current period, except as described below.
Always refunded
- Duplicate payments for the same period.
- Payments for a plan we discontinue, for the unused part of the period.
- Where consumer law in your country gives you a right of withdrawal that these rules do not already cover.
Never refunded
- Periods already used, in whole or in part, outside the cases above.
- Accounts terminated for breaking the Acceptable use policy.
- Network or exchange fees paid to third parties.
How refunds are paid
Payments are made in crypto-currencies at launch. A refund is sent in the same currency and amount as received, to a wallet address you give us, minus nothing. Exchange-rate movements between payment and refund are not compensated in either direction. Refunds are sent within 10 business days of approval.
How to ask
Write to support@ant0.link from the account’s email address with the payment reference. We answer within 3 business days.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future renewals; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then returns to Free (what happens then). Crypto payments do not renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel unless you enabled a renewal.
