How paying works
The Free plan costs nothing.
Paid plans are bought from Billing in your account. Invoices are fixed in US dollars and exclude
tax. You pay in cryptocurrency: Bitcoin through our BTCPay Server at pay.ant0.link, or other coins
through NOWPayments. Nothing is charged automatically; a renewal only happens when you pay its
invoice. Your plan starts when the payment is confirmed.
If a payment doesn’t match
- Too little: the plan doesn’t start. Contact us with the invoice reference.
- Twice, or too late: the amount of the invoice becomes account credit.
- Too much: the plan starts, but we can’t return coin paid above the invoice amount, so pay the exact amount shown.
- Network fees and exchange-rate changes are yours.
Cancelling
Cancelling ends your paid plan straight away. Unused prepaid time becomes account credit. A computer that is offline at that moment can keep working for up to its last plan check (24 hours) plus the three-day offline allowance. An unpaid invoice can be cancelled (voided) at any time, which frees any credit it was using.
Account credit
Account credit is used automatically on your next invoice for the same workspace. It can’t be withdrawn or paid out.
Refunds
We don’t give cash refunds, and we can’t reverse a cryptocurrency payment. Unused value becomes account credit instead. If you think your case is special, email us with the workspace, the invoice reference and the reason, and a person will look at it.
14-day cancellation: because your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, buying requires you to tick “Start immediately (no 14-day cancellation)” at checkout. When you do, your plan starts once your payment is confirmed and you lose the 14-day right to cancel (see Terms, section 6). Your other legal rights, for example if the Service is faulty, are not affected.
