What counts toward my profile limit?
Every profile in your account, including the ones in the trash. Empty the trash to free a slot.
What is a seat, and what is a device?
A seat is one person who signs in. Each seat can sign in on two devices; signing in to your account on the web counts as a device too.
Can I add seats?
Yes, on any paid plan: $5 a month or $50 a year per extra seat. The Free plan has one seat.
How do I pay?
Create an invoice in Billing and pay it in cryptocurrency: on-chain Bitcoin through our BTCPay Server at pay.ant0.link, or other coins through NOWPayments. There is no card, PayPal or bank transfer.
When do my new limits apply?
When the payment confirms. The invoice stays open in Billing until then; on-chain Bitcoin takes as long as the network needs.
Can I get a refund?
